Modellers Assistant is priced at just £39.15 (£34.04 plus £5.11 VAT) including postage and packing worldwide. That’s including postage and packaging - £39.15 and that’s it.
How to get Modellers Assistant
Modellers Assistant is currently only available direct from me. It will not be offered by me on eBay or any other auction sites. It may appear in model shops in the future, depending upon whether I can get any distributors to take it.

Upgrading from Painters Assistant
If you have purchased Painters Assistant then you can upgrade to Modellers Assistant for just £20. Please do not uninstall Painters Assistant as you may loose your data. Modellers Assistant can migrate the data from Painters Assistant to Modellers Assistant.
To those of you that have purchased Painters Assistant, then you will be sent an e-mail to the last known e-mail address offering you an upgrade to Modellers Assistant. The e-mail will give you a link as to how you can order your upgrade. All upgrade orders will be verified prior to completion (name, address, e-mail). If the upgrade order is not accepted then it will be canceled and your money will be refunded.
CD Updates
Some of you may not have an internet connection or a limited connection and so cannot receive automatic updates. If you want to receive updates then they can be ordered and sent to you on CD.
CD updates are issued every quarter and include all updates up to the time of issue. CD updates are only dispatched upon order and are not automatically sent. CD updates are priced at £9.78 (£8.51 plus £1.27 VAT) per update and include postage and packaging.
When a CD update is available for order then information will be placed here as to how to order and receive your updates.
Currently there are no CD updates available.
Replacement Dongle
Due the the hardware and importance of the dongle there is a premium associated with the replacement of a lost dongle. Should you loose the dongle then Modellers Assistant will no longer work and a replacement will need to be ordered. The cost of a replacement dongle is £29.36 (£25.53 plus £3.83 VAT) and so it is important to keep your dongle safe.
If you have a faulty dongle then please return it to me and I will replace it for you. Please note that I can only replace a faulty dongle if the original dongle is sent to me. If the original dongle is not sent then I will have to charge the replacement cost of £29.36.
